BATCH ASPHALT PLANT
Batch type asphalt plants produce high quality asphalt. After separate weighing of the components: aggregate, filler (dust) and bitumen, every 45 seconds each batch of asphalt is mixed. Our company is able to produce stationary batch asphalt plants with a capacity from 80 tons/hour to 320 tons/hour.
MOBILE ASPHALT PLANT
Mobile asphalt mixing plants have advantages such as the shortest installation time, less need for a crane during assembly, and lower foundation costs. The design is suitable for road contractors who plan to change location frequently. Mobile asphalt plants can be manufactured with a capacity from 80 tons/hour to 160 tons/hour.
CONTINUOUS ASPHALT PLANT
Continuous asphalt plants are the ideal solution due to their low initial investment and low maintenance costs. Transportation and installation costs are lower than in batch type plants. Continuous asphalt mixing plants can be manufactured from 80 tons/hour to 240 tons/hour in mobile or stationary options.
