Right to Apply
All requests regarding Personal Data PowerAsphalt It will be finalized by the KVK Committee.
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the person concerned, by filling out the Personal Data Protection Application Form prepared in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller" or by filling out the Personal Data Protection Application Form on our website and personally delivering a signed copy to our address above, sending it through a notary public, or using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or an e-mail previously notified to the data controller by the relevant person and registered in the data controller's system. If it is sent to our e-mail address in a verifiable form by using the address or through a software or application developed for the application purpose. PowerAsphaltwill finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee at the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
