ENGINEERING APPROACH
The right equipment, with balanced capacities.
In addition to selecting individual units, also evaluate the fit in the production line.
Define the production target
Mixture types, hourly target, aggregate moisture, fractions and operating time are the starting data for equipment selection.
Assess the site and interfaces
Settlement, elevations, transport distances, energy infrastructure and existing automation are considered together.
Define the equipment scope
Mechanical equipment, sensors, control, service access, transportation and installation limits are defined in the technical proposal.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Choosing asphalt plant equipment.
Basic process tasks may be similar; The chassis, connection, transportation and installation layout are different. Dimensioning of each unit is done according to the selected plant and project.
If the capacity and connections of the equipment are compatible with the existing production line, renewal can be considered. First, mechanical, electrical and automation inspection is performed.
Plant type and model, target capacity, material and fuel information, dimensions of existing equipment and field photographs support bid preparation.
