Aggregate and Mineral Filler Elevators
Complementary vertical conveying for two materials.
Aggregate and filler elevators undertake different tasks in the asphalt plant. The aggregate elevator carries the hot material from the dryer to the screen; The filler elevator conveys the collected mineral powder to the stock or dosage line. The carrying capacity and drive of both systems are selected separately according to the properties of the material.

Acceptance of material
The hot aggregate is taken from the dryer outlet, and the filler are taken from the filter and conveying line to the lower part of the relevant elevator.

The chain and bucket arrangement carries the material through the closed body. The carrying element is determined by temperature and wear conditions.
Evacuation in the upper title
Aggregate is discharged to the screen, while mineral filler is routed to a storage silo or weighing feed line according to the plant layout.

SNL bearing housings
Shaft bearing is planned with bearing and sealing suitable for working load and environmental conditions.
Housing and service head
Closed body limits dust leaks. Dividable top hood supports maintenance access to drive and bearings.
Filler storage and dosing line
A silo-top filter, screw conveyor and suitable flow aids complete the storage and feed system for recovered mineral filler.

Selection and integration
Aggregate and filler do not have the same material behavior. Grain size, temperature, bulk density and powder load are evaluated separately. motor power, bucket arrangement and associated stock volume of aggregate and filler elevators are calculated separately for each production line.
OPERATION AND SERVICE
Maintenance access is part of the design.
Equipment tracking, automation connections and service planning are handled within the same production chain.
Inspection and preventive maintenance
Chain tension, bucket links, bearings, drive group and sealing are checked. Anti-return safety and operation of sensors are monitored in the maintenance plan. Accumulations in the filler line and spiral exits are also evaluated together with the entire transport chain.
Automation and technical support
Sensors, operating commands and safety interlocks are evaluated together with the existing control system. Maintenance and adjustments are made according to the equipment user manual and authorized service procedures. Get technical support →
