Hot Aggregate Bucket Elevator
A conveying link from the dryer to the hot aggregate screen.
Vertical elevator is a bucket system that carries the hot aggregate coming out of the dryer to the screen on the upper floor of the batch asphalt plant. It establishes the connection between production levels in limited horizontal space. Chain, bucket, body and drive group; It is designed by considering temperature, flow rate and transport height together.

Selection and integration
Dryer exit elevation, screen inlet elevation, aggregate flow rate and material temperature are examined together. Service platforms and hull supports are shown on the layout plan. When adapting to the existing facility, chute angle, feeding and discharge order are also evaluated.
