Bitumen Emulsion Plant
Combine bitumen and the aqueous phase through metered feeding.
The bitumen emulsion plant processes bitumen and a prepared aqueous phase with a suitable emulsifier to produce emulsion. Phase preparation, metered feeding and the homogenising mill form the main production stages. Emulsion type and final properties are established by the formulation and quality-control programme.

PROJECT-SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR PRODUCTION LINE
PRODUCTION FLOW
How it works in three steps.
The task of the unit, associated equipment and the route of the material.
Preparation of phases
Bitumen and water phase are prepared in separate sections. The solution tank provides mixing and temperature management in accordance with the recipe.
Controlled feeding
The pump, flowmeter and appropriate weighing device deliver the components to the mill in defined proportions.
homogenization
The emulsion processed in the mill is transferred to the line in accordance with the quality control and storage plan.
INSIDE THE EQUIPMENT
Main components and their functions.
The housing, drive and control components are assessed together with production and maintenance requirements.
solution tank
Stainless body and mixer are used in the preparation of the water phase.
homogenizer mill
It ensures that the phases are processed in accordance with emulsion formation.
Flow meters and pumps
Line flow rates are measured; Feed rates are managed together with the production recipe.
Weighing and collector
Loadcell supports weighing and appropriate collector layout, dosing and flow management.
Heating and insulation
Electric or thermal oil heating options are selected based on tank and line requirements.
PLC control and layout
Container layout, bitumen tank and boiler integration with automatic and manual operation are evaluated according to the project.
TECHNICAL CONFIGURATION
Specify the right equipment for your plant.
It is based on your production target and selected configuration, rather than a standard number.
| Feature | Options / design considerations |
|---|---|
| Capacity options | 5, 10 or 15 tons/hour; according to product and project conditions |
| Control | PLC based automatic and manual operation |
| Heating | Electric or thermal oil solution |
| Residential | Design options suitable for container layout |
Selection and integration
Target emulsion class, bitumen properties, water quality, production amount and storage conditions are considered together. Recipe and chemical choices are determined by process expertise. The integrated bitumen tank and thermal oil heater are selected according to the total heating need of the facility.
OPERATION AND SERVICE
Maintenance access is part of the design.
Equipment tracking, automation connections and service planning are handled within the same production chain.
Inspection and preventive maintenance
The mill, pumps, measuring elements and tanks are checked regularly. Product transitions and line cleaning are carried out in accordance with the procedures for the equipment and materials used. The condition of heating and control elements is monitored together with production records.
Automation and technical support
Sensors, operating commands and safety interlocks are evaluated together with the existing control system. Maintenance and adjustments are made according to the equipment user manual and authorized service procedures. Get technical support →
