The screen, which is one of the most important units in asphalt plants, separates the aggregates, which are heated in the dryer and comes in mixed form, into their fractions and sends them to the hot aggregate bin.

In order for the screen to work with maximum performance, engineering calculations and analyzes must be done well. Unlike the screens in crushing and screening plants, asphalt plant screens are in the banana screen group.

They can be manufactured in four, five or six layers, depending on the country, region and recipe conditions. Power asphalt plant screens are of high quality with their special body sheet, fully bolted structure, top vibromotor driven design, non-clogging screen wires, casting tension mechanism.
