MOBILE AGGREGATE FEEDING UNITE

Mobile bins are manufactured with a capacity of 8-12 m³. There are bins, dosing conveyors, collection and dryer inlet conveyor on a single mobile chassis. Dosing conveyors feed aggregates according to the recipe. A vibromotor is used to prevent the fine aggregate from getting stuck in the bin. It is also produced in 4-5-6 fractions according to the customer's request.

Burner; It has the options of working with gas, diesel. Heat losses are minimized by insulating the body with rock wool.

The weighing and the mixer are designed to make precise weighing and homogeneous mixture. Mixer wear plates and castings are manufactured according to hard stone (basalt, granite, etc.) and maintenance costs are reduced.

Metaaramid filter bags are resistant to high temperatures and their wear life is twice as long as other fabric types. The driver-controlled fan system provides lower energy consumption and easier use. The isolation system minimizes temperature losses and prevents sudden cooling, preventing blockages and oxidation in the filter.

automation The Power Control scada program allows the asphalt plant to be used automatically, semi-automatically or manually. It has the specification of reporting and saving historical reports. It offers unlimited number of recipes and customer saving options. In addition, Turkish, English, French, Russian, Arabic language options are available.
